Dermal fillers

What is it?

Dermal filler treatments are the most common and popular non-invasive treatment to effectively treat static lines and folds around the lips, cheeks, jaw line, nose to mouth folds, marionette lines and mouth corner lifting. Here at the Cambridge Aesthetics Lounge we use hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers to restore lost volume that helps to contour your face and tackle fine lines and wrinkles. If you’d like to understand if this is the right treatment for you or you have any questions please give us a call at the Cambridge Aesthetics Lounge on 01223 782408.

Nasolabial folds are referred to as the deep creases that run from the side of the nose towards the corner of the mouth that occur with ageing. This non-permanent treatment involves hyaluronic acid filler to fill the lines or folds restoring the loss of volume and softening deep creases resulting in a fresher and younger look. This procedure has minimal or no downtime and, as with all treatments, an initial consultation is required.

Marionette lines are defined as the lines that run from the corner of the mouth to the chin that occur with ageing or smoking and the reduction of collagen. This non-permanent treatment involves hyaluronic acid filler to fill the lines or fold over the area of volume loss lifting the skin folds/lines from nose to mouth to restore plumpness and youthful appearance.

This procedure has minimal or no downtime and as with all treatments, an initial consultation is required.

Dermal fillers are a perfect non-permanent treatment if you would like to restore volume due to aging and defining thin lips. As we age, we start to lose some of the volume in our face and lips. Dermal facial fillers restore, refresh and create a stand out smile by adding volume to the lips and enhancing the shape.

As we age, we start to lose some of the volume in the face which can make us look older than we are and tired. Dermal facial fillers are a great non-permanent treatment to restore, refresh and enhance skin to give a more youthful look. Cheek fillers are used to improve the definition of the cheek bones or to lift the mid face as part of facial rejuvenation.

You may have noticed that over time your jaw line has lost its definition and shape as volume is lost which can make us look older than we are and tired. Dermal facial fillers are a great non-permenant treatment to restore, refresh and enhance the appearance of jowls with contouring to the chin & jawline.

It is advised that you should not receive aesthetic treatments 2 weeks prior to your vaccine and for 3 weeks after.

There is not enough evidence to show that aesthetics & the covid vaccine have a reaction to each other but because this vaccine is still new, we don’t want to take the risk of any potential complications.
